Orders
First, we recommend checking your spam folder to ensure our emails are not there. If you think you may have entered an incorrect email address, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com, and we will update your details.
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email sent to you after your purchase. It begins with the symbol #.
You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation email you receive after your order has been dispatched.

For security reasons, no changes can be made to an order once your payment has been processed. Additionally, we cannot modify the delivery method once the order has been placed.
Preparation time typically ranges from 1 to 3 days depending on the period (Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, peak times). The preparation time also varies based on the day and time you place your order.
When you choose delivery to a pickup point, you will need to select it after completing your payment so that your order can be shipped.
Ensure that the postal code matches the address of the pickup point.
If you are unable to select your pickup point, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com, including the order number in question.
A message with your tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order is handed over to the carrier.

Products
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects (loose stones, broken chains, defective clasps, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse your request if the damage is due to misuse of the item (scratches, rust, oxidation, loss of shine, etc.).
To activate your warranty, please contact us by email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with your order number and a video of the item in question.
If our quality control team approves your warranty request, a credit note for the value of the item will be sent to you by email. This credit note has unlimited validity and can be used only once on the Too Romantic Jewelry website.
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery time of your package is managed solely by the carrier you selected when placing your order.
- Europe: UPS 3 to 5 business days.
You have 7 days to collect your packages from the pickup point and/or lockers. Your package will be handed over to you upon presentation of an ID. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. We will be unable to arrange a reshipment. You will need to wait for the package to be received at our facility before we can process a refund.
If you are located in Europe, you will not have any customs fees to pay.
If you are outside the European Union, customs fees will be applied upon receipt of the package.
The amount varies and depends on the selected country. These taxes are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Returns & Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return of one or more items.
If the order is returned after this legal period and/or without tracking information, your refund cannot be processed.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges, only refunds for the returned items. If you received free shipping on your order and wish to return an item, the shipping fees will be charged to you (UPS: 9.90€).
Upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, the refund will be processed using the payment method you used for your order, excluding shipping and return fees.
Please do not combine returns: 1 order = 1 return process.

We do not offer exchanges.
If an item does not meet your satisfaction, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
We apologize for this inconvenience. If you receive a defective or non-compliant piece of jewelry, please email us at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with your order number and a video of the affected item.
Please note that you have 72 hours from the delivery date to file a claim for a defective item.
After this period, the warranty will be activated. If our quality service approves your claim, we will process a refund for the item to the payment method used for the purchase (credit card or gift card)
For a missing item, we first recommend that you check the shipping box carefully. If the item is not inside, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. We will review the video of your order preparation. If you receive an item that was not part of your order, please also send us an email with your order number, a photo of the incorrect item, and the reference of the missing jewelry.
Jewelry Care & Maintenance Tips
Use a ring you already own that fits perfectly on the corresponding finger. You can measure the diameter with a ruler or a tape measure. Match this measurement to the correspondence list below:

Our jewelry is made from a brass base. These metals are very malleable and commonly used in fashion jewelry. Over time, the jewelry may tarnish, so they require special care on a daily basis. To maintain the appearance of your Too Romantic jewelry, avoid contact with soaps, shower gels, creams, sunscreen, shampoos, and perfumes.
Hand sanitizer, when applied frequently, can also affect the gold plating of your rings and bracelets. Be sure to store them in their original packaging to protect them from humidity.
Please note, it is well known that the acidity (pH) of some skin types, as well as sweat, can tarnish and damage jewelry, leaving marks and sometimes darkening the skin. We cannot be held responsible for this.
Jewelry and rhinestones can be gently cleaned with a soft toothbrush and water, without any product. Dry them with a clean cloth and polish with a microfiber cloth.
We advise against wearing your jewelry in water. To keep your jewelry in good condition, avoid chemicals (perfumes, creams) and humidity. If your jewelry comes into contact with water, dry it with a soft cloth.
