Can I wear my Too Romantic jewelry underwater?
Some of our jewelry pieces are designed to be water-resistant, while others require more care. Our 316L stainless steel and titanium models can be worn in any situation, including in water, at the gym, or daily, without any risk of deterioration.
However, our gold-plated jewelry is not meant to be submerged. We recommend removing them before any contact with water, as repeated exposure to limestone, sweat, or perfume may alter their shine over time.
Each product description includes details about its composition, along with the mention "Water-Resistant" if applicable. Feel free to check directly on the product page!
Are my jewelry pieces guaranteed?
We offer a one-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects (loose stones, broken chains, faulty clasps, etc.).

Our "3 Jewelry for the Price of 2" offer works as follows: You must add three pieces of jewelry to your cart for the offer to apply automatically. The cheapest item of the three will be free.
Please note that adding three items is mandatory to benefit from this offer. If only two pieces are added to the cart and the order is completed, the offer cannot be applied once the order has been shipped. However, in such cases, we offer the possibility to claim the free item by contacting us via email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. The item can be shipped, provided that you cover the shipping costs.
Regarding returns, if an order containing three pieces of jewelry under this offer is partially returned, the discount will be recalculated. For example, if a paid item is returned, the previously free item will become payable, and its value will be deducted from the refund. The offer remains valid only if all ordered items are kept.
