I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
First, please check your spam folder to ensure our emails haven't been filtered there. If you believe you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us at

Where can I find my order number?
You will find your order number in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase. It begins with the symbol #. You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation email you receive once your order has been dispatched.
Can I still cancel my order?

Can I modify my order?
For security reasons, no modifications can be made to an order once payment has been confirmed. Additionally, we cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed.
What is the processing time for my order?
The processing time is between 1 and 3 days, depending on the period (sales, Black Friday, Christmas, peak times). The processing time also varies depending on the day and time at which you place your order.
How do I choose my pick-up point?
When you choose delivery to a pick-up point, you will need to select it after confirming your payment so that it can be shipped. Make sure the postal code matches the pick-up point address.
If you are unable to choose your pick-up point, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with the order number in question.
How can I track my order?
A message containing your tracking number will be sent directly to your email address once your order is handed over to the carrier.
If you can't find it, check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us by email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with the order number in question.

Our BUY 2 GET 1 FREE OFFER works as follows: you must add three pieces of jewelry to your cart for the discount to apply automatically. The least expensive item of the three will then be free.
Please note that it is essential to add three items to benefit from this offer. If only two pieces are added to the cart and the order is completed, the discount cannot be applied once the order has been shipped. However, in such cases, we offer the possibility of claiming the free item by contacting us via email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. The item can be shipped upon payment of the shipping costs, which will be at your expense.
Regarding returns, if an order benefiting from this offer is partially returned, the discount will be recalculated. For example, if a paid item is returned, the free item will become chargeable, and its value will be deducted from the refund. The offer remains valid only if all purchased items are kept.

Are my jewelry pieces guaranteed?
We offer a 1-year warranty on all our jewelry, covering any manufacturing defects (loose stones, broken chains, faulty clasps, etc.).
We reserve the right to deny your request if the damage is caused by misuse (scratches, rust, oxidation, loss of shine, etc.).
To activate your warranty, please contact us by email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with your order number and a video of the item in question.
If our quality service validates your warranty request, a credit note for the value of the jewelry will be sent to you by email. This credit note has unlimited validity and can be used only once on the Too Romantic Jewelry website.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Our jewelry is shipped within 24 business hours. The following delivery times then apply:

EUROPE + UK:
- Standard home delivery: 2 to 4 days*

How long do I have to pick up my package at the pick up location?
You have 7 days to pick up your package from the relay point and/or lockers. Your package will be handed over upon presentation of an ID. After this period, your package will be returned to the sender. We will not be able to resend it. You will have to wait for its return to our premises before we can proceed with a refund.
Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
If you are in Europe, you will not have to pay customs fees.
If you are outside the European Union, customs fees will be applied upon receipt of the package.
The amount varies and depends on the selected country. These taxes are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package to request a return for one or more items, provided that the jewelry is new, unworn, and in its original packaging. Returns must be made through our return platform. To initiate a request, please contact us by email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.
If the order is returned after this legal period and/or without tracking information, the refund cannot be processed. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use on our website.
The return label is provided via our platform, but the cost remains at your expense and will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.
Please do not group returns: 1 order = 1 return procedure.
How can I return my order?

Is it possible to exchange an item?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the jewelry is new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The return shipping costs for the initial item, as well as the reshipping costs for the new item, are at your expense.
To initiate an exchange request, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with the subject line "Exchange". Our customer service team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.
What should I do if I receive a defective jewelry item?
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email us at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com with your order number and a video of the affected item.
Please note that you have 72 hours from the delivery date to file a claim for a defective item. After this period, the warranty will be activated.
What should I do if an item is missing or there is an extra item in my order?
For a missing item, we recommend first checking carefully inside the shipping box. If it's still not there, please send us an email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. We will review the video of your order preparation.
If you receive an item that was not part of your order, please also email us with your order number, a photo of the incorrect item, and the reference of the missing jewelry.

How to measure your finger size to know which ring size to choose?
Use a ring that you already have and fits perfectly on the corresponding finger. You can measure the diameter with a ruler or measuring tape. Match this measurement with the following size chart:

How to properly care for my Too Romantic jewelry?
Some of our jewelry pieces are specially designed to be water-resistant. Our 316L stainless steel and titanium jewelry can be worn without risk, including in water, at the gym, or for everyday wear. However, our gold-plated jewelry is not meant to be submerged. We recommend removing them before any contact with water, as repeated exposure to limestone, sweat, or perfume may gradually alter their shine.
To maintain the appearance of your Too Romantic Jewelry, avoid any contact with soaps, shower gels, creams, sunscreen, shampoos, and perfumes. Hand sanitizer, when applied regularly, can also affect the gold plating of rings and bracelets. It is also advisable to store your jewelry in its original packaging to protect it from humidity.
The acidity (pH) of certain skin types, as well as sweat, can tarnish and damage gold-plated jewelry, leave marks on them, and in some cases, darken the skin. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible.

Can I wear my Too Romantic jewelry in water?
