Refund policy

At Too Romantic, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items as long as they meet the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to request the return of one or more items, provided that the items are new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made through our return platform. To initiate a return request, please contact us by email at orders@tooromanticjewelry.com. Our customer service team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with the necessary instructions.

If the order is returned after this legal deadline and/or without tracking information, a refund will not be issued.

You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit to use on our website.

The return label is provided through our platform, but the cost will be at your expense. The cost will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Please do not combine returns: 1 order = 1 return process.

Your refund will be processed through one of the following options:

• To the same credit card used for the purchase.
• As a store credit on the website.
